Firstly, I recognize I am posting to the Northwood Recovery company's Sudbury location - because at this point in time the Ottawa location is not yet available for review. Same company - so, I trust my following comments will be read and respected. The neighbourhood will be watching when Northwood Recovery opens at 838 Somerset (at Rochester). Their irresponsible and blind eye policies and poor judgement have led them to a terrible reputation even among the most progressive people and organizations trying to help them. They are an embarrassment and they are not in the business for the right reasons.
This clinic is a disgrace you’d be better off going to the hospital to be seen, I got here at 9am when they opened and they were already packed, the time I’m writing this review is 10:22 and I still haven’t been called to registration, the short blonde haired lady hasn’t emailed a serious attitude problem, listened to her scream at somebody on the phone for 30 minutes while children waited to be seen at reception, the wait times are an 1hr an 30 minutes before you get your info and registered it’s another 1hr and 30 mins to ... read more
Worst medical services Not treatment the patient in proper way. They are just taking money and referring to another doctor. They won’t listen anything. Their receptionist is worst. She is very rude and unprofessional.
Very friendly and caring staff. They were able to help my family and I through some very tough times. I wish everyone treated their patients this way!!
