Staci is a joy to work with! My buyers closed on a house she had listed just today. She was always very professional and prompt! I would recommend Staci highly!
I have 34 years of real estate experience and knowledge of my profession. Very sad to see negative reviews when over 1000's of people have used my services. Maybe those negative reviews were from uneducated buyers which are not ones I have represented. If a call is made an answer is always returned within 24 hours. Escrow money is governed by the state of PA. It just isn't released without all signatures from all parties in the transaction.
She represented the sellers for a home I bought. When we had an issue she refused to contact my agent after multiple emails and letters. We even had to go to the president of her company in order to get a response. Do not buy a house from her if she is the listing agent. She is only out for a profit. Not for helping people.

What a horrible selling experience. Does not update on the status of closing once the house hits pending. I filled out documents already just to have the closing agency ask to do it again. We offered to close early but never heard back from Staci. I found out from the buyer's closing agent that our closing date was moved up a week. So, with 5 days from closing, I have to figure out childcare since Staci never communicated that the family was interested in closing early. It's been an awful experiece with her.
