Be ware of Tina Fletcher represented her boyfriend in the selling of a home. Did not disclose the home had illegal water connection (new plumbing and two meters were taken out) did not disclose the bathroom piping had a leak that leaks into the kitchen, one wall in the kitchen doesn't have power. Our parents chose Jeanette Franks of Berkshire Hathaway (Howland) to be the selling agent for their home. She did an excellent job of helping us prepare the house for the listing and guided us through showings. She was VERY accomodating to our elderly parents when explaining offers and walking through contracts. At every turn she was clear and helpful in explaining the process to all of us.
