I can’t say enough good things about Northwood Propane in Fenelon Falls — especially Evan. He went above and beyond for me, coming out three different times just to make sure everything was working perfectly and that I was comfortable with how it all ran. You don’t see that kind of dedication and patience very often these days. Evan was professional, friendly, and truly cared about helping. I really appreciate his hard work and how reliable Northwood Propane has been. Highly recommend them!
We’ve been with this company for 7 years and found them to be very professional. The service has always been second to none. They are timely and always great to deal with. The lady who takes the calls, I think her name is Vicki, does an excellent job and has always been very pleasant and helpful. In the middle of the power outages, Northwood saved us from having to go through endless darkness and cold nights. They came after the storm's devastation and filled up the tank for our generator. I hugged the driver and told him he should be wearing a cape for going above and beyond for customers. A million thanks to the entire team at Northwood Propane!!!!
Northwood Propane has always provided exceptional service. Steve's has an amazing team. Friendly front office team that is compassionate and helpful. A top notch installation crew, Evan did an incredible job installing our additional propane tank for our Generac. Which brings me to today's review.
