I have found Northwoods branch at Peterborough to be honest and reactive. Tenant change over time has constantly been kept to a minimum.
I would just like to say that Northwood Peterborough have let out my property for over 5 years and I am very happy with the service they provide. They look after everything very efficiently and this means I do not have to worry about anything. I have had the same tenant for all that time and they also seem to be happy with Northwood. They are a nice, friendly family lettings agent and it is a no brainer for me to cooperate with them as they really look after you. Nice work!
