As Landlords we have used Northwoods Peterborough for the last 10 years, to manage a number of local rental properties. The people at Northwoods have always been efficient, polite and friendly and provided a great service that has taken away most of the worries that you can have as a landlord. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.
Absolutely appalling experience with Chris. The way he spoke to me was nothing short of rude, condescending, and utterly disrespectful. He acted as if I had learning difficulties simply for asking a question — completely uncalled for and deeply insulting. His tone was arrogant and dismissive, like someone who’s never had a respectful conversation with a woman in his life. If you’re looking for professionalism, patience, or even basic human decency, steer well clear of him.
Northwood Peterborough have looked after my rental property for a number of years, they have also been very professional and polite. If there is a problem they source local trades people to undertake the work. They manage all the certificates needed and keep me informed on the state of the property on a regular basis.
Norwood Peterborough have being letting my properties on my behalf for over a decade now . They are very efficient dealing with any property related issues including inspection, maintenance and complying with all applicable regulations. I have always received the rent payments on time with no delays from them .Rebecca the lettings manager and her team are always there to respond to my queries in no time
As a landlord, I've had the pleasure of dealing with these guys for several years now. They are focused and deliver a great service. Highly recommended.
