I have an amazing nail tech to whom I’ve been extremely loyal to for a long period of time. Out of all the places I’ve followed her this was by far the worst location. The landlord was careless about the property and didn’t seem to really care when stuff is broken. And we are talking AC broken in the middle of the day in Florida in a nail salon. I came in to get my beauty services, my technician was amazing but unfortunately the AC was out in the building a majority of the time I came in. No AC in south Florida where hot tools are being used makes for a miserable experience.

A Nightmare at Northwood Office and Salon Suites - Incompetence Beyond Belief I cannot express the sheer frustration and disappointment my wife and I experienced at Northwood Office and Salon Suites, particularly the time between 10/27/23 and 12/6/23. I rented this place from December 23, 2021. As a Nail Technician, I don't recommend renting here. The rent is excessively high for what you get, and the landlord is unpleasant. I've experienced unruly tenants, drug activities, and even the tenants living in the space. The bathrooms are consistently filthy, and the AC unit is unreliable. On October 27, 2023, being 6 months pregnant, I informed the landlord about the AC not working correctly. The building temperature was 78 degrees.
