Worst experience ever! The clinic claims to close at 5 PM, but when I reached at 4:20 PM, they were already shut and told me to come back on Tuesday. Such unprofessional and careless staff — no respect for patients’ time. If you can’t follow your own hours, don’t post them!
This is a private corporation and just like everything else associated with the government it can be operated however it wants with no accountability. They won't keep records of your visits. They will send you to the hospital for tests but will never receive the results as they aren't on the same system. Blood work? You'll never get any results...
This is the worst walk-in clinic in Sudbury. I was there on June 10th 2025, the doctor on duty seemed very much uninterested in whatever I had to say. Imagine telling a patient that you can’t check their BP, cos they will come in stressed and whatnot, for someone that has been waiting in queue for over 2 hours, and after much persuasion, he comes with a very high number. I’m sure the BP machine is broken. For something as simple as checking a BP. He doesn’t just appear incompetent, he acts like he needed to be somewhere else... read more
