There absolutely nice people time on open are not great but very kind workers
canadian healthcare is an actual joke. i waited almost 2 hours to be seen (i was the 8th person in line for 9:00) only to be cut off whenever i would try to answer questions and not helped in the slightest. the doctor took a swab to check for strep-throat and covid BECAUSE I ASKED then told me he would call me with the results but couldn't give me a expected timeframe on when i would be getting said results. guess you just have to get worse to get better!
There is not any option where I can rate this clinic lesser than one star otherwise I would have been doing that. Everything is fine and if there is not it can be fine by just give some time. Only thing was terrible horrible and don’t deserving is there receptionist. She is the rudest person I have ever came across in my life. Believe me she is the one who always be cranky and doesn’t know how to respect while you are talking to anyone. Online said 1hr wait! Waited one hr before even getting called to the front to register with the number I took! Within that hr no one was called in, one person came out and the waiting room had about 17 ppl in it! Unbelievable…. So I left, waste of time
Does the middle aged brunette receptionist need jesus or perhaps an exorcist? She needs to be fired with an attitude like that. Wow!
