I am very pleased with Northwood Funeral and I highly recommend them. Paul was so understanding, considerate, empathetic, and helpful. I remembered how wonderful they were with the services for my mother in 2019 but was given several other funeral homes to consider. I contacted other funeral homes but I’m so glad that I chose them. They always picked up the phone; they provided excellent service; they were very sensitive yet professional; and the prices were competitive with others. When the call came on a weekend, they were ready to immediately swing into action to carry out their responsibilities. There was no gap.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but with Northwood Funeral Home, they made this process much easier for our family. I lost my father on 3/6/2025, and I did not know what to do. This was my first time having to be in charge of funeral services, and I was wondering "where do I start?". I checked online to see which funeral homes were in my area, and some did not look appealing at all, and their rating was subpar; However, I happened to see a funeral home that received 5 stars across the board.
