Terry in the beinging of us moving in was so sweet and so nice and really helped us out in the beinging to get us in. Then we fell in love with the place its nice and our neighboors are pretty cool as well its close to my parents and the kids school . If I could give 0 stars I would. Has nothing to do with the community office has everything to do with the mobile homes and owners themselves. DON'T EVER COME HERE even if desperate it's totally NOT worth it. Moved in just to start a law suit basically way too much to even start to complain about or that is just straight wrong. Told we got one of the best homes they offer haha yea with mold already in a 2021 never been lived in home. Been here since April 26th. So much isn't right. We've had to spend lots of additional money because they still don't have things right. Was told in May central air would be put in soon. Then was told that June 4th they'd start putting them in and we are #3 on the list it's now July 5th still no central air. Among all the other issues...the heat is awful today. And my the fuse keeps blowing in this brand new home. I can't keep the damn place cooled down and cook dinner! I'm beyond annoyed. I pay my $1200 rent on time. I'm no... read more
