I would give this company zero stars if I could. They have been excruciating to work with; non-responsive, terrible internal communications, delayed deadlines, missing parts upon delivery. The owner doesn't seem to care about customer service or a sense of urgency. Overall the worst experience I've had with a manufacturer.

We had a very disappointing experience with this custom furniture company. The delivery was significantly late, with no proactive communication or realistic updates about timelines. When the product finally arrived, it had multiple defects that should never have passed quality control—especially for custom work at this price point. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. After our initial discussion, it became very difficult to get a response or confirmation on important next steps. It often felt like there was a significant internal lack of organization that directly impacted follow-through. Would never work with them again.
