The original owners of our house had remodeled the kitchen and installed Northwood Cabinets in 2012. They are beautiful and were a key selling point for us to purchase the property. One of the small cabinet glass windows broke recently. I contacted Northwood and they were kind enough to track down the correct (and discontinued) glass in their warehouse and replace the window free of charge. Top notch customer service!
I drove out to their factory in Woodland to buy a stain repair kit for my kitchen cabinets. The young gentleman, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, went above and beyond to assist me and make sure that I have the right product. He also provided me with a small bottle of espresso color wood stain for my office furniture. To top everything off, he did not want to charge me anything, even though I insisted on paying for the product! Northwood Cabinets built and installed the cabinets for our new custom home. We worked with Lars. He was very attentive and patient, and provided lots of good insight and advice. The cabinets were top quality and the install went very well. There was a goof-up during the build process, but Lars understands good customer service (unlike our builder) and worked with us to "make it right." I would highly recommend Northwood Cabinets!
We purchased 2 large home packages back in 2006 era from Northwoods. They were absolutely beautiful and quality was unsurpassed. Its now 2004 and we built our retirement home. We never considered anyone but them when it came time to pick custom cabinets. We had plenty of time and started the process 9 months in advance. We went to the Vancouver showroom and met with Satavia, The style, color was so simple because the had a 4'x4' photo of our street of dreams kitchen on their wall.
