been trying to find out how much is lot rent if you own the home out right and what is included in the lot rent, water/trash pick up/lawn care..but could not find any information!!!!
Try to buy a mobile home out there and got $625 a lot rent. What a greedy place not buying there.
It's a nice place to live. It's always clean and family friendly and management is always on top of things and maintenance man Bill works hard tokeeping the place clean and well cared for he deserves a raise!!
Nice place to live since the current management took over she's very nice if we have any problems we call her and she gets things done ASAP shes respectful and answers any questions we may have the trailer park is cleaner and much nicer and quieter since she has been in office we appreciate everything she has done...thank you Krissy for all you do we appreciate you!
