I came home to a water heater ejecting water all over the utility room out of the relief valve hose. I called several people that night and the only one to return my call that evening was Joel. I explained what was happening, Joel told me how to turn my unit off and got me scheduled for the morning. Chad arrived promptly in the morning, explained to me what had occurred and provided options. I recently had Chad service my central air and unclog a drain as well as replace my old thermostat. He was outstanding and very professional. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing them. I highly recommend Northwinds services. They provide quality service at a reasonable price.
