They were very fast to come help, great communication via text and great work! On top of that they not only had the lowest quote of all the companies I reached out to, they stuck to it! Only had a verbal quote of "about 1500" for my water heater when they came out. Fully expected it to be more but was billed exactly that. They also fixed my leaky sink in the basement with a far superior replacement and both foxes were lower than what basically every company quoted for the heater alone. I came home to a water heater ejecting water all over the utility room out of the relief valve hose. I called several people that night and the only one to return my call that evening was Joel. I explained what was happening, Joel told me how to turn my unit off and got me scheduled for the morning.
