Installation done last fall (just getting to review them now!). Very happy with the service. Staff were friendly and very easy to work with. So far the panels are working great, initial connection issues was promptly reviewed (i was actually not even aware of the issue, they informed me) and easily corrected.
We had solar panels installed by Northwind Solar in 2022. At the time of installation, our roof was inspected and we were told no repair or replacement was necessary. I specifically asked what would happen when the roof eventually needed replacement and was told the panels would need to be removed and reinstalled, which had seemed to be blown off as no big deal. I have used Northwind Solar for two projects. One a commercial property and the second was our home. As repeat customers, obviously we were quite pleased with the service, installation, and production of the solar units. Everyone we have dealt with was very professional and personable.
Great folks to work with, very helpful and open throughout the whole process. Job was completed professionally, on-time, and within budget. Definitely would recommend to others.
