I had a new duel heat pump furnance system put in at my house in Port Moody by the team at Northwind Heating and cooling. Honestly, I can't recall ever having such a positive experience with any certified installer. They were incredibly skilled, professional and knowledgeable. I had 3 fireplaces serviced in one service call and received excellent price and superior service detailing work completed and testing done. Brent came on time and diagnosed and serviced the fireplaces in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again … and have the furnace serviced as well with them.
Couldn't be happier with the installation of our heat pump. Lucas, Marcus and Colton did a wonderful job. Very friendly, courteous. Took great care in keeping work area clean and tidy.
