Mike is a great maintenance technician!!
Mike is very friendly, very detail oriented and works very fast and precise. I love when he comes to do the maintenance.
Ac was leaking. Chad (supervisor) was friendly & nice, explained what the problem was and quickly fixed it!
We love living at Northwind! The office staff are so kind and helpful. We especially love the beautiful pool, playground & hammocks. Lastly, Mr Mike & Mr Chad (our favorite maintenance men!) respond quickly to requests and always go above and beyond. Thankful to be part of the Northwind community.
