Left here last year in the middle of multiple surgeries. Did not receive a letter about my remaining deposit within 30 days. Called months later and it was taken because of dog pee and smell. I have videos of the carpets before I left. Will attach one to this post if I can. They even sent it to collections without mailing me about it, which I do not believe is correct. I moved here in the summer of 2020 & so far I enjoy living here. The apartment is spacious & the property is well maintained. The staff are friendly & the amenities nice. Repair & replacement of appliances are resolved in a timely manner; my microwave broke one night & it was replaced the next day. Also I just want to say a special thanks to Mike from the maintenance department, for coming to recuse one night. Beautiful Community with lot's of upgraded amenities! The team really cares about making a difference for their residents.
This is an amazing community. They are doing renovations in the clubhouse.Deyda and Shalonda are killing it in the office and are amazing at thier jobs. Always smelling and nothing throws them for a loop. They also have a new leasing agent,Mariah and she's on fire. Can't leave out maintenence as they are the hardest working maintenance team in Valdosta.
Good management, good staff, and everyone is very friendly.
