I've had a great experience at Northwind so far. The complex is safe and clean, the office staff are helpful and nice, and my apartment is spacious.
I think it’s okay, it’s good not great. I was told they were going to water the property(it’s super dirty) and they never did it, everyone else outside looks so clean. I really hate how the package situation is could be better. I really hate the gate situation, my number doesn’t work. But I enjoy the space of the apartment.
Northwind has a wonderful management and maintenance team! They have always been prompt with my requests and made this community a fantastic place to live!
