Absolutely disgusting dirty staff are aggressive and non caring Very high on the horse so to say tried to get me kicked out for refusing to move outside in the cold then tried to rip my canula out will be reporting

I went to urgent care center, reached at 10 AM. Was triaged within 15-20 minutes. X-Ray done within an hour and seen by nurse within next hour. treatment took nearly three hours which is very good considering number of patients. it was all systematic and professional. Fantastic job done by NHS staff here.

I am writing this from the A&E waiting room at Northwick Park Hospital at 5:30 AM,suffering from a severe earache that feels like an ice pick in my skull. I arrived at 2:50 AM, and after a very brief triage, I was left to wait. It is now 5:30 AM, and I haven't seen a doctor or received any pain relief. The wait is terrible, but the complete lack of communication is worse. No one has given an update on the wait time or acknowledged the patients sitting here for hours in visible distress.
