Robert is fantastic! Not only did he help with motivation and accountability, every training session was also a learning session. I learned so much, realized my own strength, and sincerely had so much fun. I started seeing Robert after a car accident so not only was he helpful for strength building and weight loss, he was also helpful in recovery. Robert is definitely worth it!

I’ve been training with Robert for a while now, and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s incredibly patient when it comes to teaching proper fitness technique, making sure I feel confident and safe with every exercise. Robert has been the best personal trainer i’ve ever had. He is always ready and willing to help at a moments notice, and pushes me to my limit without going too far. He is a genuine guy, and wants to see his people succeed, and has the tools and knowledge to make that happen. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Robert always has a great attitude and is a great trainer. I enjoyed having him as a trainer and saw great results!
