NWE has a habit of sticking their noses into matters that are beyond their role of supplying electric service. On a couple of occasions, they have caused problems with my tenants and neighbor with inaccurate information. Stick to supplying electric, please! With the extra time on your hands, hang up the phone and go play checkers or go for a walk.
Worst electric company ever!!!! But we are forced to use them. They are like the Mafia of electric companies you don't pay they will be out in 19 seconds to shut you off!! And it's expensive as any other company. Stuck with them though and all I can do is complain and hope somebody who has a choice reads this and chooses a different company.
Unbelievably slow at restoring service!

The guve no customer service answers and is one if the worst company I have ever dealt with..and I am forced to use them i cannot use another company..sounds like a monopoly to me
