I just spoke with a pa named Amanda! I was seen last night at urgent care, the pa that saw me last night was a gentleman named Ethan I believe, he works normally at the Georgia clinic, he made a note on my chart that if symptoms continue to call urgent care, no, I get these particular problems quite often about six times a year so I called back very patiently after my 14 hour day that I suffered through and I said I’m still having symptoms. I honestly don't believe these are real doctors or nurses (or even humans with souls). Worst care I've ever recieved and each department is worse than the last. These are people's lives that you are messing with. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
The wait was kinda long, but after getting into a room. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. I would suggest going earlier in the day and getting ready to wait. Once again the staff was fantastic
Slowest service I’ve ever received not happy
Why do you have appointment times if you still have to wait 2 hours to be seen. For a company that deals with money in the millions, it really couldn’t care less about every day sick people. There were 20 people waiting to be seen and some have waited for 3 hours, absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are, that’s insane.
