Does not even deserve a star. Moved to Meadville PA area in 2020 and realized that Norhwestern REC monopolized our area—we cannot utilized PA Switch to change electric providers. That said, let me describe reliability and consistency of service—there is no such thing. Since moving to our new address, we’ve experienced an unbelievable number of outages, some brief, many long.
