This is the place not suitable for the mental health patients. Reception is rude, unprofessional worse my mental health. Dr. Ruwangi is not recommended anyone to get consult if you have mental issue. Its look like a buying and selling business than the mental health treatment. I don't know why Australia always going behaind the medical service. Not monitoring quality service everywhere medical professionals working as silly. Government policies and regulations not in practice. Suffering everywhere day.
Reception staff suck. Don’t bother replying to emails for up to 10 days. Had to send 2 or 3 follow up emails just to get a response that the doctor doesn’t have the capacity to take my referral. The irony is that nowhere in my email did I mention anything about a referral. I wanted to see my psychiatrist. They couldn’t even be bothered to read my email properly before they responded 0 stars if I could.
The reception is is don’t understand English they make excuse every time because we are need to see the doctor but they are. Don’t understand the English. They cut my phone many time. That is 09/01/2025
