The irony is you are seeking support only to deal with rude and arrogant reception staff by the likes of Anna who make you feel worse before you can even see someone. She spoke down at me by phone, misconstrued what I was saying only to say apparently I misinterpreted what she was saying and in the end forfeited any client opportunity due to lacking any mental health awareness and engaging in what was gas lighting behaviour.
