Just went to the er yesterday waited 8 hours for me to get told I need to check in with my primary care. I’m literally going numb in my lower half. And I can’t even get an appointment in with my doctor till March 10th my birthday remind you!! I’m livid. This is an actual emergency and they are booking me out. What if i go paralyzed. Thanks for nothing.

Submitted records a year ago and they seemed to have lost my vaccine records. Sadly they were my only copies.
Having issues with medication, have to go through a nurse to speak to my doctor,but can't reach a nurse because "all staff are busy helping other customers". That must be the one nurse on duty. Today I left two messages,never got a call back. Last Thursday I left three. My doctor is very pleasant, and when he was in Georgia there was never a problem. At present everyone is working in the St Albans facility which has seriously unrealistic scheduling and apparently hardly any support staff. I have already changed doctors once ... read more
I would give NPC a zero star if i could, you can no longer get an appointment with your doctor and when you do you wait HOURS past the time of your appointment-because they are so far behind. They call and reschedule on a regular bases. They are understaffed and over booked- NPC used to be a great office.
