Would never want anyone to suffer the pain he put me through.
The staff was great at explaining options for a procedure I did not really want to have. We were able to agree on a slightly less invasive manner than originally prescribed. So far everything is going well. Dr Amina not the happiest that I questioned his recommendation, but he agrred that it is better to have the patient willing and comfortable than forced into something they do not want.
Today I had the absolute DISPLEASURE of speaking to Beth Carvella from this office. Her rude and condescending undertones translated into a sarcastic, uncaring individual to whom I will never want caring for me, my family nor any other individuals. I could literally feel her hatred for her job and pictured nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over the Coocoo Nest. If I owned this practice, she would be fired immediately.
