First appointment here since previous 5 years with another facility in S. Burlington who could no longer accept some patients due to staffing changes internally. My visit was exceptional. The receptionist who processed me in was cordial and made the 15 minute process very easy. The two staff/techs who handled my different tests were friendly and very accommodating. My sunglasses broke and I went in to look at their selection. I am not a patient, but just moved nearby. I looked at the website first and it said no appointment was necessary to look at sunglasses. I saw the sunglasses section and was looking only a few seconds before an employee approached and said she needed to “create a profile”. I said I was just looking. She said “it is mandatory”.
