My sunglasses broke and I went in to look at their selection. I am not a patient, but just moved nearby. I looked at the website first and it said no appointment was necessary to look at sunglasses. I saw the sunglasses section and was looking only a few seconds before an employee approached and said she needed to “create a profile”. I said I was just looking. She said “it is mandatory”. I had cataract surgery on both eyes, a week apart. Dr Brophey and his team did an outstanding job. Everything from assessment and scheduling through to follow-up was efficient and professional.The vision in my right eye was 20/25 after 24 hours, and the left eye-a week later-was 20/20 about 18 hours out. Thank you all so much!
