Avoid at all costs. Rude staff, unprofessional doctors who harass you and bill incorrectly. Incompetence and rudeness all around. Go anywhere but here.

The front desk staff is very rude. They require a credit on file to schedule a visit. I provided two insurance cards and they only copied one and not the correct one, resulting in me having a bill issued for the full amount. When I finally was able to get in touch with someone from the billing department to correct it she was equally rude! Called to make a new patient appointment today. The person put me on hold for 5 minutes, then requested ALL of my information including insurance #, DOB, etc. I moved a few things around on my end, and confirmed the appointment, but not before she asked for my credit card information over the phone, to which i said no, absolutely not. I'm not giving anyone my credit card number over the phone. Apparently the only way to make an appointment. Lost a new patient and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service.
