Couldn't agree more with anonymous from Parkersburg. I thought I was the only one having trouble. Thought it would change with his new location but same bad service in the new building. He was recommended to us by a friend 5 yrs ago can't do the same for the next friend.
Does not follow up with clients. I have investments with his firm as well as others. He does not follow up on my accounts and acts bothered when I have a question. Seriously considering moving my policies from this very poorly run office. The staff is also very rude. I feel like I am bothering them when I call in. Do not recommend this guy at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
