We had a terrible experience with NW Mutual. Would not recommend unless you want to feel taken advantage of. Poor communication all around (not responding to emails, saying they’d called us back when they hadn’t, our advisor not answering questions about increases in our insurance premiums). They only wanted us to sign up for their (expensive) insurance policy, and after we did we didn’t really hear back from them. I absolutely love working with Ryan Brown. He is knowledgable and professional. He does a good job balancing building a relationship as well as respecting your time. I have total confidence in him managing my life insurance, retirement, and more! He knows his stuff and I will happily benefit from his knowledge!
This entire company is dog water. They treat their customers like TRASH and their employees even worse. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WORK HERE. TRUST ME: THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU. To Northwestern Mutual, anyone is dispensable. If you wanted a little faith in humanity, then never walk through the doors of a Northwestern Mutual.
