This is my cautionary tale about this company. I had money invested with NWM for on average 9 years. They sold me on getting 2 permanent life insurance policies, stating that they would reach the amount you invest in them by 10 years. I had an eleven year and 8 year policy by the time I had decided to call it quits. Neither policy was near the amount I had invested and in total, I lost roughly 18k closing them out. Do not do business here! They have the worst customer service! Ignorant and incompetent employees. Called and called never resolved nothing and had the audacity to tell me to call 1-800 number! ruined our financial life policy situation and was never message called regarding the situation. Lowest level of disrespect. Check your policies because they don’t even know who they hire or what they are doing.
I can confidently say that everyone who represents this company strives to deliver exceptional service to everyone. Given the nature of the business and how every representative of the firm owns their own individual practices, it's unfair to review the company as a whole poorly.
