I have tried two days to get some information on my policy. I still have not to speak to anyone, except one secretary to referred me to another answering service. How do you stay in business? Surely there is someone to answer the phone. I got referred to one person and a recording said she was going to be out of the office for a week. HELP! Worst customer service ever!
Its crazy how much money you can put into a nursing home insurance program for so many years, only to be able to have 2300 dollars a month? What a waste. Also they make it very difficult to get paid once you start making the claim. They ask trick questions to try to get you to slip up so they can decline the claim. Then once you've passed those tests hopefully, they will take another month or 2 to start paying you. Very bad place to do business with.
