Awful awful awful. We hadn’t even made it through the screening process and our entire bank account was drained and put well into the negatives. We received an apology 24 hours after and 6 charges later, only after I showed a screen shot of all the charges. Apparently a lunch can fix things bc that’s what they offered for our “heart ache”.
My wife and I pay for disability through north western and we are trying to apply for benefits due to my wife being pregnant and extremely sick. She hasn’t worked in over 6 months due to the pregnancy and not only have we not received a penny of benefits, they claim they will continue to look into my claim but this is a “pre-existing condition” They will do anything to not pay out but when they are asking you to purchase this coverage they say oh we will cut you a check, no problem!
