Had a case manager i barely ended up getting to see. Linked me with another service that dropped me straight away. So much time wasted on my end to be left unsupported. Problems are only somewhat resolved but only through a lot of what I did myself. Therapy videos on youtube and google taught me much more. Poor and aweful.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!!!!! Ive been on hold for 52 mins & Im FIRST in the Que !!!!!! How on earth can anyone get help for a loved one ??????
