The admission staff was extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional. Dr. Shailee Shah was, obviously, inexperienced and down right arrogant and rude! My experience with Dr. Shah was extremely disappointing and after multiple tests she diagnoses absolutely NOTHING and refers me to another neurologist, who was just another general neurologist and not a specialist. Don’t book Dr.cooper. Lack of communication,accountability and follow up was the only thing I got served. I took a half day at work and Was scheduled for a midday appt,(they tell you to get there early but don’t bother communicating if the provider is even IN the building,)I watched the lobby empty and out fill back up four times and still didn’t get called. My neurologist left last fall. I had to reschedule with a new neurologist. There was a three month wait (January 29) to see her (I asked for whomever had the first available appointment). She just cancelled (on January 20th) and the first available time to reschedule is JULY 30. Basically September. I will have have been without a neurologist for ONE year by the time I can finally get in with a new neurologist. Lack communication and follow up. Patients aren’t supported even when they advocate for themselves. That’s not right,and no way to treat clients.
