I love my neurologists. They don't have an ego, you can have an actual discussion about testing, results, differentials, treatment plans, etc. It feels like talking to a real person, and they are very knowledgeable. Even if they can't find what's wrong they are willing to help manage symptoms and give specific referrals. That's more than I can say for all my other neurologists who treated me like I had a mental issue. The admission staff was extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional. Dr. Shailee Shah was, obviously, inexperienced and down right arrogant and rude! My experience with Dr. Shah was extremely disappointing and after multiple tests she diagnoses absolutely NOTHING and refers me to another neurologist, who was just another general neurologist and not a specialist. Don’t book Dr.cooper. Lack of communication,accountability and follow up was the only thing I got served. I took a half day at work and Was scheduled for a midday appt,(they tell you to get there early but don’t bother communicating if the provider is even IN the building,)I watched the lobby empty and out fill back up four times and still didn’t get called.
