Had a new security door system installed at our Midtown office building's service entrance. The measurement, fabrication, and installation were all handled correctly and the door has been in daily use without any issues.

Doctor was fine but the billing is a kafkaesque nightmare. I was initially billed for my visit, which I paid. Then a month later I was billed again for double the amount with a line item saying I saw the doctor for 45-60 minutes, which was incorrect since I only saw the doctor for 5 minutes. They appeared to have charged me for the time I spent waiting to see the doctor. When I called to inquire what was happening I was given an endless run around.
