Doctor was fine but the billing is a kafkaesque nightmare. I was initially billed for my visit, which I paid. Then a month later I was billed again for double the amount with a line item saying I saw the doctor for 45-60 minutes, which was incorrect since I only saw the doctor for 5 minutes. They appeared to have charged me for the time I spent waiting to see the doctor. When I called to inquire what was happening I was given an endless run around. Please avoid. I took an appointment weeks in advance. I was then billed an extra $75 in addition to the copay. My insurance said it’s an emergency visit, when I contacted NW memorial hospital they said it’s for a facility fee( doctors cabin) After a lot of back and forth they acknowledged and apologized that I was unaware that I would be charged a fee, but they won’t remove it.
