Recently had to bring my Wife to Emergency Room at Northwestern Woodstock Hospital. 10:30 pm. Staff were very professional and proficient. Nurse's and Doctor saw her almost immediately! She was treated, given a prescription and released in just a little over an hour! Perfect! Thanks, BK

La peor experiencia, fuí con un dolor abdominal y de vientre súper fuerte. Me atendieron de mala gana, se tardaron 3 horas y q haciendo exámenes para luego decirme que no tengo nada, es imposible que yo no tenga nada cuando me estoy literalmente muriendo del dolor. Tanto q no puedo moverme

Horrible experience. Nothing is ever too much of an emergency to land yourself here. The lack of empathy in the staff is astonishing for the career they chose. Pretty callus. Would not recommend.

I called central scheduling at approximately 540pm 7/22/25 to schedule a procedure. I spoke with a young woman identified herself as La____, she was friendly, during the conversation I asked what central scheduling hours are, at first she said 730am- 630pm. I said I was just told by someone else that you open at 7am. Her response to me "well I dont work at 7am i really dont know". Then there was a pause.
