I called central scheduling at approximately 540pm 7/22/25 to schedule a procedure. I spoke with a young woman identified herself as La____, she was friendly, during the conversation I asked what central scheduling hours are, at first she said 730am- 630pm. I said I was just told by someone else that you open at 7am. Her response to me "well I dont work at 7am i really dont know". Then there was a pause. Yea they suck, I went in for infection and I told everyone multiple times I'm breastfeeding and if this and that is okay and they all said yea until it was time to leave the nurse practitioner told me I shouldn't breastfeed for a couple days because they gave me something that's not safe for my baby. I literally made sure everyone knew. Next time go to Huntley don't come here.

If I could give zero stars for Dr. Pacini, I would. From the moment my mother stepped into the ER, he made it painfully clear that he had no interest in helping her. He rolled his eyes and audibly sighed, muttering “OMG” before she even had a chance to explain her symptoms. And it only got worse from there. Don’t go unless you want to pay extortionist prices. There emergency room general charge is over $3400. With BCBSIL (already paying over 10% of my salary in premiums) our deductible was $1000 for that alone. My wife had the stomach flu and needed an IV. We were slapped with a $2000 copay for the visit. Complete and utter scam artists, like the entire industry.

My last ER experience had me with a med tech trying to start IV I'm a hard stick. She most obviously had no training. I kept saying "stop" but she digging digging - painful and upsetting. I still have a bruise (from over a year ago) on my main "good" vein that used to be used a lot, now it's no longer good. In desperation, I told the nurse she might want to try it as in the past it was good. No longer and now more bruised and sore.
