I have went to this ER on several different occasions and got great service. There staff were amazing caring.

worst ER everytime. save yourself the time & rudeness and go to dekalb ER.
This place is an overpriced urgent care. They have no plans to treat you when you go to their ER. All they do is transfer you to another hospital. I was there with my mom for 5 hrs before she was transferred. She was stable and totally capable of being transfered sooner. We saw the doctor twice for less than a total of 1 minute. One of those visits was just to tell us they couldn't transfer to the hospital of her choice.
