I was seen quickly and every staff member I came into contact with was genuinely caring and understanding. I will be switching to northwestern for all my medical care because of such a great experience here. Thank you to the team!
Was treated like a human the first couple of times; however recently called a drug seeking individual after a recent visit where both Dr's (Samawi & Conrad) refused to treat or observe my bug bites. I'm prescribed 4mg on Klopinin a day and this is what they did. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They charged me about 2,000$ to sit in a chair & get screamed at by a Dr. while i'm withdrawling from klonopin. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went in for an injury, was taken back immediately. Everybody was so kind, and quick to tend to the injury, figuring out i had a broken foot. Dr. Hohlastos was especially quick with seeing me, shook hands, introduced himself. Was professional, helpful and friendly!
