I dropped off a urine sample for a suspected bladder infection and was told by Madison M. Connealy, PA‑C that no treatment would be started until the culture results came back several days later. I have Crohn’s disease, and delaying treatment is unsafe for me. Even after explaining this, I was still refused timely care. I had to go to my primary doctor to get the medication I needed. My appoint was moved two times without asking me. When I finally went, I was left waiting for Dr. Write for 1 hour in his office. No nurse checking on me. No update.
