Dont waste your time going here. Northwestern Medicine is a joke. Takes months to get an appointment and then cancels last minute.
This practice is very slow to respond to messaged on my chart or phone calls. Problems getting scripts phoned in and poor aftercare. I’ve resorted to the after hours on call docs to help me.
This practice is one of the best. They answer messages and return calls promptly and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses are GREAT! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
