This place is a joke, do not go here. I had an issue and needed to be seen ASAP so I called to schedule an experienced the most rude receptionist. After dealing with her nasty attitude she confirmed my appointment for Wednesday. I made sure to confirm 3x and upon showing up on Wednesday, I was told my appointment was for Thursday. Nice. I come back Thursday (which didn’t really work for me) and showed up slightly late and was told I missed my grace period by three minutes and needed to reschedule. The Scheduling department will absolutely call your emergency contact if they can’t get a hold of you to cancel their appointment within 24 hours, Which is honestly absurd. My 72 year-old father has regular appointments with this department. And the a Man from the department called me to tell me that he couldn’t get a hold of my father because he tried to call him six times today to cancel an appointment for April 29.
