The Scheduling department will absolutely call your emergency contact if they can’t get a hold of you to cancel their appointment within 24 hours, Which is honestly absurd. My 72 year-old father has regular appointments with this department. And the a Man from the department called me to tell me that he couldn’t get a hold of my father because he tried to call him six times today to cancel an appointment for April 29.
