Pharmacist Abbey and her team are amazing! Professional, personalized service. Always willing to answer questions and address any concerns with medications, side effects and concerns. Highly recommend!
The people that work here are nice but their system suck. Use CVS specialty if you can.
If you need a pharmacy to be reliable, this is not it. While the people working there are as helpful as possible, their overall systems & processes fail 80% of the time. Go elsewhere if you want a fully functioning operation. The “we have new people” excuse is always the go-to at Northwestern, which is problematic for very obvious reasons. Giving this a 2 rather than a 1 star because the staff onsite always seems to try and be as helpful as possible. But whomever oversees operations is failing.
