I had the absolute worst experience today with Dr. Velasco. It was my first time meeting her and it was clear that she already had her mind made up about me (based on an outdated medical history) before she even entered the room. She spoke over me and challenged my responses to her questions like I was lying. Rushed through my updated medical history and overall just treated me like I was wasting her time and didn’t deserve to be there. Dr. Giangreco is very patient, explains everything so my very elderly mother can understand. Very calming,soothing presence. Office staff is always very helpful.

NEVER make an appointment to go to this place. Nobody there knows what insurance they take and don't take. I looked up what kind they took and the girl at the call center verified it. I was in severe pain and the soonest appointment was in two months. Right before my appointment or shortly before, the office called me and we discussed my insurance. Shari made this call.
