The staff is the best, from the.CNA all the way to the doctors. The best.
Dr. Hasan is a great doctor. She takes her time and thourgh with each patient. She kind and considerate. I would recommend Dr. Hasan to anybody who needs to see a doctor.
They let you in with a regular copayment but expect a HORRIBLE bill later. I paid them almost $300 and the treatment I received made me worse, not better. I ended up having to go to my regular doctor the next week. Stay away from this place.
I got a massage here and the massage person told me to take off my ring and they never gave it back. I called the manager and he was rude and told me that the cleanin g people possibly took my ring . Now I am out 2000.00 dollars and am very unhappy. Beware of this place
I would highly recommend Delnor Hospital. It is extremely clean and the staff is wonderful. If you have to be in the hospital, this is where you should be.
I've been going to Dr. Oswald for several years now and finally decided I had enough. She is by far the worst doctor I've ever had! She screwed up my pap test by not using a speculum, told me my uterus was tipped (which it is not), and sent me to a specialist because the results were so bad they had to test me for cancer. She gave me a refill for my blood pressure medication for 3 pills instead of 3 months of pills. I had to wait in line for ever at Osco to get that straightened out. The vice president of the hospital is against all alternate life styles and is also the Mayor of Crystal Lake, IL.
