Staff and doctor are really hard to communicate with. They made 2 mistakes in billing and failed to order CPAP equipment as promised. I made an overpayment and it took 18 months of calling and writing letters to get a refund. They must be pissing off a lot of patients because they are the only doctor's office I've ever seen that has a sign warning you will be dismissed from the practice immediately for loud, angry or threatening behavior. Apparently they are driving their patients beserk.
