In the past few years, Northwestern Medicine is absolutely horrible. I go here every year for my annual physical, which is covered by my insurance, so there's no out-of-pocket expense to me. However this past year, I was charged for a long office visit. My doctor asked the same questions that he has asked for the past 4 years and I answered, not asking any other questions. **Please look elsewhere for primary care** I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Northwestern Primary Care office today. I arrived 10 minutes late to my 8:00 a.m. physical due to a train delay. I acknowledged being late was my responsibility and apologized profusely. Despite that, I was refused my scheduled wellness exam I had waited 8 months for. I was told they could squeeze me in if I had a “specific issue,” but not for my physical. I didn’t know this was a Spanish hospital and they don’t take other people’s appointments.
My wife was not admitted for an appointment because she was 8 minutes late. Apparently, the policy is the past 4 minutes late results in an automatic cancelation.
Brand new physical therapy center. Great facility, new equipment and stellar PT staff.
