cherryl or sheryl whatever this nurse's name is is so uncompassionate and rude it makes me dread calling the office. she is one of the triage nurses but literally should not be allowed to talk to patients. she makes you feel like your health concerns are nothing and makes you feel stupid for calling. she will even call you a liar when you are trying to explain to her your call history with the office. its disgusting and unprofessional. i am a medical assistant at a different office so i am very well aware of how these calls ... read more
I want to say first my review has NOTHING to do with the doctor. We see doctor Englehart and i would give him 10/10 best doctor I ever had and my review doesn't reflect him at all. Now for the office staffing 0/10 they are not communicating with each other or calling places I am being told they will call to get a order/prescription placed. Asking me what codes need to be used for insurance. Very unhappy with a few people I've had to deal with so far
Everyone at this place is extremely rude. Billing department billed the wrong insurance. Called multiple times about the issue and was treated like I was stupid until I had a rep from my insurance call in with me to correct the issue. The MyNM app is supposed to make asking questions more convenient, but, any time I've contacted my care team with questions, I get nurses with bad attitudes who seem mad that I'm asking them to do their jobs. I make appointment on this place but They tell me my appointment it was with doctor but I see A Nurse pactititioner she was really God .. But when I see the specialist he give some medication who was removed, because this medication Can Cause heart attack and Cerebral attack.. I don't understand how give medication who was removed.
