The reception staff are very rude.
Don’t waste your time here. Came here sick they didn’t do anything, they tried to say it was allergies.They also apparently don’t even have a doctor on standby anymore either, just nurses. I have heard nothing but complaints about this place since northwestern took over. Very unorganized and inefficient, took several hours to get me in and out early in the morning with only 4 people ahead of me.
