I want to give a very special review for Dr. Gregory Ruzich, Aryelle Schicht, Andrea Jones, and Dr. Kristina Degesys, along with the nurses and staff who have been taking such wonderful care of me. When I went to urgent care, Aryelle Schicht was very concerned about me. She kept up with what was going on by calling me, checking on me, and offering suggestions about what I needed to do. This is in regards to Dr. Patel. I've never waited more then 5 minutes to be seen & the care I receive is top notch. The nurses and other staff have always been pleasant.
This review is specifically related to my experience with Dr. Latha Arla. Let me preface by saying that I travel from Arizona for healthcare because I am loyal to the Northwestern brand, and have been for the past 15 years (I even donate annually to NWM in honor of my favorite provider and have been a featured patient in articles and TV production).
