This is in regards to Dr. Patel. I've never waited more then 5 minutes to be seen & the care I receive is top notch. The nurses and other staff have always been pleasant.
This review is specifically related to my experience with Dr. Latha Arla. Let me preface by saying that I travel from Arizona for healthcare because I am loyal to the Northwestern brand, and have been for the past 15 years (I even donate annually to NWM in honor of my favorite provider and have been a featured patient in articles and TV production).
