I leave my annual appointment over a year ago. As I leave, the receptionist schedules my follow up appointment. It is one year away so whatever date they pick, I'm all for. Absolute joke of a doctors office
I made an appointment as a new patient for an annual physical exam. They canceled my appointment without notice because they thought I didn’t have insurance. I found out once I got to the appointment. They lied by saying they called me and left multiple voicemails but that isn’t true. I received no calls, texts, or emails about it or upon cancellation.
