Super unreliable and consistently reschedule appointments
Dr. Mehrabian is such an incredible physician. She is such a great listener and such a thorough practitioner. I have had several frustrating health issues pop up this year, and she is always so accommodating and helpful in securing me the care I need.
Alex and Brianna is Patient Relations should not be in the position they are in. They called me in an unsecured and unrecorded line so that they could speak to me and reprimand me however they wanted without any help. Dispute me trying and begging for help for over a week now, they threaten to get the FBI involved after I said I would just go in person since they continuously hung the phone up. Extremely unprofessional. I had to book an appointment over a year in advance for September of 2025. I checked mychart on Friday and noticed the appointment was gone. I called NW today and was informed that the doctor had left NW. NW hadn’t sent any sort of message or notice to me that my appointment was no longer valid.
